About Solar and Power

Solar and Power was founded in 2015 by Rupert Upton and Craig Magill to meet South Africa's growing need for alternative energy solutions. To gain the necessary expertise, they attended the Maxx Solar Academy, South Africa's premier Solar Power Training Institute, powered by the Thuringian Regional Association of the German Solar Energy DGS.

In July 2016, we opened our showroom and offices at 381 Lois Avenue, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria. We focus on residential homes, businesses, and camping needs. Our team excels in educating customers on solar energy benefits, debunking common myths, and providing free advice on projects.
